The Arch Desk ( Copyright 2014, Sebago Furniture, LLC) is designed for the writer in mind with a large work space for the tablet or laptop and has dimensions of 47" wide by 18" deep. There are six letter cubbies measuring 3 1/4"w x 4 1/2"h for your important letters and notes. Two drawers on either side of the cubbies offer a place to keep small items and measure 11 1/2w x 4 1/2"h. A top shelf 8"d x 46" wide provides space for pictures and other small items. The desk is supported by bent double arched legs and a middle arch. The piece as shown has a Curly Cherry top and walnut accents for the sides and cubby dividers. The drawer fronts are a Walnut Burl. The legs are Cherry with the middle arch being Walnut. End caps on the legs diamond shaped pieces of Wenge. The desk can be disassembled with four furniture bolts to remove the legs.

Imagine writing your next novel at this desk or maybe just a letter to a friend. The desk as shown in multiple woods is made from Cherry and Birds Eye Maple.  The Birds Eye Maple Panels wrap around the sides and the back of the desk. Birds Eye beading wraps at the base of each leg. The desk has multiple cubby  compartments for letters and bills There are four small drawers and two large drawers. In front there is a slide out compartment for your laptop with a lock to secure it. The finish is a blend of natural oils. The top is finished with additional coats of urethane for a harder more protective surface. The entire piece is top coated with beeswax.

The Berwick File Cabinet is a fine compliment to any of my desks. It is functional in design, which includes two 20 inch deep file draws as shown. Each file drawer is on ball bearing 150 pound drawer slides. Each drawer can be removed by pressing two tabs. Included are file hanger support rails and a file index follower to keep your files forward in the drawer. Three and four draw units are available.

Note the top style detail and overall configuration can be modified to meet your specific needs.

The Dowd Podium Desk (Copyright Sebago Furniture, LLC 2013) shown in Cherry is designed for the person that loves to write or type while standing. This desk is ideal for attorneys, architects and others that need lots of space to create their next work of art. The desk has an upper compartment for small office supplies and important papers. The desk has four deep lower drawers that easily accommodate legal briefs and documents. The desk is 44" wide by 32"deep by 49" high. The writing surface is 42" high. The desk show can be easily modified to different sizes and drawer configurations.

Desks with the optional side extension have a matching set of drawers on the right or left hand side. This classic style desk gives a large work surface area to hold all the essentials for the office. The optional side extension (42" length as shown ) gives an area for a printer or fax machine. Desks come standard with wood handles. You may optionally select your own hardware for additional cost.

The Portland Paneled Desk is modeled from the original Portland Design. I have taken the original Portland design and made each side and back a set of individual panels. The panels are book matched revealing a match grain pattern in each panel. The back is fully panelized that allows the desk to sit as shown or face into the room. The desk can be designed to come in a variety of widths and lengths.

This desk shown in the pictures is 36" deep by 72" wide and gives a large work surface to hold all the essentials for the office. An optional side extension (42″ length ) gives area for the printer or fax machine. Desks with the side extension have a shallow desk and file drawer.

Full ball bearing slide extensions are provided for all drawers. The bottom drawers accommodate a standard file system for 11 5/8″ wide folders in the lengthwise direction. The top drawers have slots for compartment dividers to partition the space.

An optional extension can be ordered for either the left or right side. Of course you can have the draw configurations and sizes for the desk designed to meet your needs.

The Rockland Standup Desk ( Copyright 2013, Sebago Furniture, LLC) shown in Cherry is designed for the person that loves to write or type while standing. The design is similar to the Dowd Podium Desk, but with the Rockland style and the addition of a bottom shelf. This desk is ideal for attorneys, architects and others that need lots of space to create their next work of art. The desk has an upper compartment for small office supplies and important papers. The desk has four deep lower drawers that easily accommodate legal briefs and documents. The desk is 44" wide by 32"deep by 49" high. The writing surface is 42" high. The desk show can be easily modified to different sizes and drawer configurations.

The Witkin Writing and Computer Desk follows the Asian look of the Rockland series. This desk shown in Cherry with Walnut drawer compartment sides and accents The dimensions for the desk are 60"w x 24"d x 30"h. On the right side is a file cabinet for letter size files. The top drawers and cubby allow you to store important items a organize your correspondence. The top drawers are 17 5/8"w x 6"d x 5"h. There is a center pencil drawer measuring 21 1/2"w x 18"d x 2 3/4"h. Time honored joinery is used throughout the piece. Ballbearing drawer slides rated at 100 lbs. are used to support the file drawer. The file cabinet can be positioned on either the left or right side. The top drawer and cubby configuration can be altered to suit your specific needs. Other woods and sizes are available.
