The Cape Neddick under bed storage unit provides a efficient way of utilizing the space under a bed. The solid wood constructed piece has beautiful raised panel sides, top and back. A beading detail characteristic of the Cape Neddick Bed runs along the top and bottom of the piece and each drawer. It is almost too bad such a gorgeous piece will be under a bed.  The piece shown has two drawers 24d x 20 1/2w x 7h. The drawers are mounted on heavy duty ball bearing slides allow each drawer to hold heavy items. The piece has four very low profile ball casters to allow the unit to be moved from under the bed. Two units can easily be accommodated on a full, queen or king size beds for storage on both sides of the bed. An important detail when ordering is to know the height of the bed rail on the bed to allow for proper clearance. Note other sizes can optionally be designed for your particular requirements.

The pictures as show are the radiator cabinet done in Oak with a custom finish in walnut. The size can be made for any size radiator. The customer must supply the dimensions and should consult Sebago Furniture on how to measure the radiator. The radiator cabinets come with a reflective foil insulation to deflect the heat outward. Each cabinet comes with adjustable feet to level the unit should the floor be uneven. The bookcase unit is optional and Priced separately. The bookcase option attaches to the radiator cabinet and should also be anchored to the wall for stability. The shelves are adjustable. Other sizes are available. This lamp exhibits the typical mission style with the gentle tapered shaft and sloped base. It makes a perfect addition to any of out Cape Neddick pieces in this furniture series. This lamp is shown with a rectangular linen shade from Silk-O-Lite. It is suggested you supply your own shade and finial to suit your personal taste. Note, all lamps use UL/CSA approved parts. All lamps come with either 8 or 10 foot cords instead of the typical 6 foot cord.

This Mission chair complements the taller end chair and has a very solid design. This chair shown here has five spindle back slats and a curve top and bottom support. The chair comes in either a curved or a straight back support. An example of the seat shown has a solid cherry seat. Optionally a fabic seat can be used. Please inquire about the fabric seat option. The chair can also come with arms. This chair also comes in a taller version.
